The power of the number “6.” Six is often linked with characteristics of balance and strength. A hexagon is one of the strongest shapes found in nature. In the early 20^th century, hexagon mosaic tiles became the new trend in décor along with another new trend, espresso coming out of Turin, Italy. This new method of making a balanced and strong cup of coffee, like the mosaic tiles, are still popular today. We take a handpicked mix of six coffee beans designed to be an excellent espresso blend.  This can provide the base for many other excellent espresso drinks like an Americano, Latte, Flat White or Cappuccino.
